Mysteries of the Great Lakes

Coming to an Imax Theater near you, Mysteries of the Great Lakes. Watch closely, Tom’s in the movie. Tom helped the producer film the bald eagles on the Bad River Reservation last year. He almost sunk all of the camera equipment getting the photographer back to safety. The camera man spent a long night in a tree blind during one of the worst spring storms on Lake Superior. But he said it was some of the best footage of Bald Eagles he has taken. Placing the blinds was a year long project.  We can’t wait to watch it on DVD here in Alaska. We hope to catch the show in Minneapolis this Xmas. Check it out!

  1. Andrea, in the film’s description, is Tom the pilot of the Cessna circling the tree tops? Can we assume that he is also involved in the the near lost of the Bald Eagle footage. Tell Ice Man that Kitty and I loved the picture with the helmet. I checked the Imax locations. The film does not appear to be scheduled for Des Moines, Memphis, or Chicago. Minneapolis or St. Louis would be the closest locations.

  2. Hey Folks
I guess Frum is following in his Mom’s footsteps. Mom is in Giant and Frum in the Mysteries. I was wondering if what Dad is asking is correct. His he the pilot?
How can we get this on DVD? It isn’t being shown in NY and I know we would love to have a copy. Let us know. Thanks
